Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize efficiency.
- Document IT processes and create user manuals for staff training.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support of IT solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance IT services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration or support roles.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
